MY STORY
I didn't set out to become a sourcing and product development expert. I became one by spending 15+ years inside the industry - reviewing ranges as a buyer, sitting across the table from suppliers and factories, and watching firsthand what separates a product that sells from one that sits on a shelf.
Along the way I founded Borelli and SL Sourcing, and worked with some of South Africa's leading retail groups, helping brands go from idea to shelf-ready. That experience is what led me to start working directly with entrepreneurs - because the same commercial thinking that works for major retailers works for a founder launching their first collection.

My background spans every stage of the product journey: retail buying, product development, sourcing and manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, merchandising, brand strategy, range planning and supplier negotiation - across fashion, jewellery, accessories and lifestyle categories.
I've worked with major South African retail groups including TFG, Cape Union Mart and Choice Clothing, alongside independent and emerging brands. I've been the buyer reviewing ranges, the founder building brands, and the sourcing partner solving problems on the factory floor. Today I bring all of it together through SL Sourcing, Borelli, and my private client work.
